Thank you to those that voted.

3-way tie... so with some thought and a random die roll, Wildcards is the name of the squadron.

I like.  Not only is it a reference to a cool Sci-Fi show from way back when about a squad of Space Marine aviators who occasionally went at it outside of their fighters (which I think is what most likely will be happening with this game's squad), there's also a squadron badge already made:
