Also known as Beyond the Black Wraiths. Set within the Scorpii 18 star system, two grizzled veterans fight to pass on their experience and knowledge to an academy ship of young cadets. The Chaerilidae is home to the finest new pilots The Three Sphere's has to offer. The year is 2055, the old UN government has just transitioned into the NUN, the Vajra attacks of the M25 Fleet are still five years away, and the tensions between the more independent colonies of man run high. What will happen when they spill past the breaking point? Will the new pilots be enough?
