Jayla had been in the gym since VTAQ-11 had been dismissed at 11:00 GST, only having paused to strip from her flight suit to her workout clothes in the locker room.  Every muscle in her body burned, Meltran endurance or not.  Tweak kept pushing anyway, telling herself that if she just could get tired enough she wouldn't have to feel anything.  Twenty minutes in it was apparent that her body was beyond its capacity for more cardio, and so she'd moved on weights.  For a time, focusing on assessing what her worn body could handle was enough to keep her thoughts from drifting to the unease and pain inside.  Then there were the reps, and the counting, a slow rhythm to dull her thoughts.  Each set and each machine gave Jayla a short respite before inevitably her thoughts would shift to what likely awaited her in her room.

The pain turn to despair and anger, and finally Jayla abandoned the weights to once again take her frustrations out on the punching bag.  She'd failed to notice Zeliha when she'd walked in, but spotting her on the treadmill no gave her cause to stop a moment.  Hesitantly she approached her from behind, blushing to herself when she realized where she was looking, and circled to the front of Zeliha's treadmill.  "Uh, hey Knight...I didn't see you come in...say...you didn't see Drone in the halls on your way in, did you?"

Magister (Game 2 Active) / PvP Hacking War Dice rolls and skill checks

This thread is specifically for hacking attempt skill checks in the PvP category.  Players wishing to post a hacking attempt effecting another player character will need to first post a hacking or other computer skillset roll here allowing for the opposing player to make a save roll.  Both skillsets and rolls will be compared before the initiating player may make their post.

Also it seems we're all a bit rusty, and Arvanna isn't the only one to ignore the dining menu =p Feel free to keep her Carbo loading, but please edit in the next 48 hours or I will GM edit her into having a pile of spaghetti as tall as her plate is wide. ;)

Making a quick GM ruling for any replies to Lance or Jenny, its would take 15 minutes to get the weapons turned back in and get up to the mess hall, get food, and sit down to ask if things with Nilke are cool. So the conversation with Drone/Poacher/Crimson can play out.

So I want you to choose skills and break them down into a list for me of skills you'd think she'd use daily, every 4 days, and every 7 days.  I also need you to pick skills that would either be easy to maintain or are of a nature that not doing them over long periods of time doesn't contribute to skill degradation.  Lastly I need you to make a list of skills that while being a hobo travelling the stars would degrade over time because of lack of use.

Daily Use Skill
Used daily, such that skill and expertise would be improved daily.  *Photography may be included in this as its perfectly reasonable for an artist to constantly improve their eye.

Skills Used Half the Week
Used frequently enough that while the person is not improving everytime they use the skill, there's some improvement every week they go about their life.

Skills Used Once a Week
Skills used infrequently or which are less likely to show massive improvement from frequent use.

Easy Maintain Skills
Like riding a bike...or more accurately how to read, cook, etc..., that wouldn't atrophy just because you didn't use them every week of your life.

Atrophy Skills
Skills that require a lot of practice to maintain and that over time a person becomes less precise with.
